Workout love …

I am a busy mom. I don’t own a treadmill, I don’t have weights, I don’t go to the gym. But I have these 🙂

I work out approximately 20-30 minutes a day doing easy to follow ideas. Alternate your work-outs for the best results. I have nice biceps from doing push-ups with Maddox on my back  🙂
