Eat breakfast! Eggs, lean protein, veggies and fruit! The key here is HEALTHY and CLEAN!! If it is processed, carb filled or sugary sweet….it is your enemy! Take two Omegaplex and drink your water.

Have a snack! Fruit, veggies, seeds, nuts, boiled eggs, rice cakes and nut butter (sorry, not a Nutter Butter!) and WATER. Water, water, water.

Wake up and mix that Spark packet with a minimum of 8 ounces water! Take your before breakfast packet from the max box.

Take 2 “with a meal packs” from max box with breakfast. Breakfast is a yummy meal replacement shake!! My favorite way is to blend 4-5 oz of water, 4-5 oz of crushed ice and meal replacement in blender. What???? Yes that does taste like a Frosty. Word!

Have a snack! Fruit, veggies, seeds, nuts, boiled eggs, rice cakes and nut butter (sorry, not a Nutter Butter!) and WATER. Water, water, water.

30 minutes before lunch take your last packet. I know its a lot to swallow!! You will thank me later 🙂 wait 30 minutes and it will be time for lunch! Have a salad, try a lean protein on top (grilled chicken or fish) and veggies! (Ps….veggies do not mean French fries!) oh and WATER!
